Mizoram Safety App

Mizoram Safety App is a mobile application for the people and tourist of Mizoram to use in times of emergency. This app can be downloaded free of cost from Google Play Store. The users have to register themselves with Name, Address and a valid phone number with OTP authentication. It has various features such as Map of Mizoram with real-time location of the user in Blue pointer and Police station in Red pointer, also name and address of the officer-in-charge of the police stations in Mizoram. It has a dedicated button to know and contact the nearest police station and a dedicated ”SOS” button to instantly call the State Emergency Response Centre. Users of “Mizoram Safety” app can easily contact the police for reporting of a crime or any other incident and when they are in need of help. The app is developed by NIC Mizoram with the help of Mizoram Police. The app can be searched in Goole Play Store writing “mizoramsafetyapp”.
