Constitution day celebrated on 27 November 2017 at NIC Mizoram State Unit, Aizawl. On this occasion Officers/Officials assembled at 1st Floor, Secretariat Annex – II at 11 A.M. Mr. SK Mohatpatra, State Informatics Officer addressed the gathering and told about the importance of Constitution Day. The Constitution of India, which made India a sovereign, democratic republic, was adopted on November 26, 1949. The SIO along with other officials read out the preamble
