per the circular no. A-60019/04/2021/GCS-1 dated 12-01-2021 from NIC-HQ.
Pledge taking ceremony has been observed at NIC Mizoram State Centre, all other NIC
nodes in Aizawl and NIC district centres of the State at 02:30 PM on 2nd of February 2021
